Orthopaedic Surgery Nurse Practitioner Supervisor

About the Role

This position involves leading a team of 22 Orthopaedic Surgery Advanced Practice Providers (NPs and PAs), overseeing daily operations, and enhancing workflow and quality across multiple sites. The role combines approximately 50% administrative duties—such as supervising, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and implementing best-practice models—and 50% clinical practice within outpatient settings, with no operating room responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support APP team members
• Optimize clinic workflows, scheduling, and staffing
• Lead onboarding, training, and professional development
• Collaborate with management and physicians to improve care delivery
• Manage HR and labor contract considerations to handle change and complex priorities
