About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Orthodontic Lab Technician / Dental Lab Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for the fabrication, adjustment, and quality control of orthodontic appliances, including retainers, aligners, and other custom dental devices. Ideal candidates have dental laboratory experience, orthodontic lab experience, or strong manual dexterity and attention to detail, and enjoy working in a collaborative orthodontic/dental environment.
Pay: $17–$19/hour, full-time.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate orthodontic appliances including retainers, aligners, and custom dental devices
- Create and trim dental models, molds, and impressions
- Operate, clean, and maintain dental lab equipment and tools
- Assist with receiving and shipping
- Maintain an organized and efficient orthodontic laboratory
- Support the team with additional duties as needed
Requirements
- 1–2 years dental laboratory or orthodontic lab experience (preferred)
Physical Requirements
- Sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Fine motor skills and manual dexterity for lab work
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Bending and reaching as required in the lab environment
