Responsibilities

• Provides continual and exceptional customer service for all patients, prioritizing their needs.
• Practices constant cleanliness throughout the office and sterilizes equipment as needed.
• Utilizes all downtime to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Arrives on time for all shifts and follows the training compact.
• Assists doctors in procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Continuously learns about office policies, procedures, and workflow.
• Keeps patients safe during their time in the office.
• Reviews company email and communication boards for updates.
• Follows team member guidelines and maintains patient confidentiality.
• Uses reasonable computer and typing skills, including the ability to learn new programs.
• Has good eyesight for detailed work.

Requirements

• One to three years experience in a customer service role, preferably in a medical setting.
• A reputation for excellent relations with patients and all office staff.
• Effective teamwork and ability to work independently under pressure.
• Ability to improvise in a busy work environment.
• Interest in learning about orthodontics.
• Self-motivation and strong organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Detail-oriented and able to recognize when help is needed.
