What You Will Do
ORR Clinician works as a staff member for the ORR Program. The Clinician reports to the Lead Clinician and/or Program Director. Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating clinical services
- Conducting mental health assessments
- Counseling interventions
- Monitoring students' well-being and adjustment to the program
- Assessing safety for release to a sponsor
- Training new clinicians
- Crisis intervention
- Maintaining documentation
- Implementing and managing the standards of care according to the guidelines of the ORR Program
- Ensuring compliance with records and documentation and quality of care
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, sociology, marriage and family or other relevant behavioral discipline with direct clinical experience is a program requirement
- Must be eligible for licensed or licensed (LMSW, LAC etc.)
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Successfully pass criminal background clearance checks, drug screening, physical examination, and TB test
- Ability to utilize resources available to complete assigned projects
Schedule
Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday. Work schedule is based on program needs.
Compensation
$85,000 yearly
