Clinician - Bilingual (Spanish and English)

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health assessments for all UC in care.
• Provide ongoing individual, group, and crisis intervention.
• Be available for on-call rotation and psychiatric emergencies.
• In conjunction with referring agency, establish goals regarding preparation for family reunification and behavior management.
• Schedule the development of the Individual Service Plans.
• Utilize a team approach to the care of children and ensure coordination of services.
• Collaborate with residential staff and school staff to collect information regarding resident’s participation in program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, or other relevant behavior science with 5 years clinical employment experience, or a master’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or other relevant behavior science with 2 years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience.
• Candidate must be licensed or eligible for licensure.
• Must obtain Act 33, 34, and FBI Clearances.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (read, write, and speak).
