Responsibilities
- Conduct mental health assessments for all UC in care.
- Provide ongoing individual, group, and crisis intervention.
- Be available for on-call rotation and psychiatric emergencies.
- In conjunction with referring agency, establish goals regarding preparation for family reunification and behavior management.
- Schedule the development of the Individual Service Plans.
- Utilize a team approach to the care of children and ensure coordination of services.
- Collaborate with residential staff and school staff to collect information regarding resident’s participation in program.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, or other relevant behavior science with 5 years clinical employment experience, or a master’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or other relevant behavior science with 2 years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience.
- Candidate must be licensed or eligible for licensure.
- Must obtain Act 33, 34, and FBI Clearances.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (read, write, and speak).
