ORR Bilingual Licensed Clinician

About the role

Rite of Passage Team is hiring for an ORR Bilingual Clinician at Sycamore Canyon Academy in Oracle, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Works as a staff member for the ORR Program.
• Reports to the Lead Clinician and/or Program Director.
• Coordinates clinical services.
• Conducts mental health assessments.
• Counsels interventions.
• Makes students’ well-being and adjustment to the program a priority.
• Affirms students' safety to release to sponsors.
• Trains new clinicians.
• Manages crisis intervention.
• Maintains documentation.
• Implements and manages standards of care according to ORR program guidelines.
• Ensures compliance of records and documentation and quality of care.

Requirements

• Possess a Master's Degree in social work with clinical experience in the program.
• Master's Degree in psychology, sociology or other relevant behavioral science with direct clinical experience is a program requirement.
• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of clinical employment experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Must be licensed (LMSW, LAC etc).
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
• Pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Licensed (LMSW, LAC etc).
• At least 21 years of age.

Pay

$80,000 per year.

Schedule

Two Shifts: Sunday to Thursday, Tuesday to Saturday.
*Hours are based on the need of the program with one work from home day.
*Schedule subject to change based on the need of the program.
