ORR Bilingual Licensed (LMSW, LCSW, LMFT) Lead Clinician

About the role

The ORR Lead Clinician works as a staff member for the ORR Program, reporting to the Program Director/Manager. This position coordinates clinical services, trains new clinicians, and supervises clinical staff.

• Provides individual, family, and group therapy as indicated by program needs.
• Provides 24/7 on-call crisis management services and support to students and staff, coordinating the on-call schedule.
• Ensures all Mental Health Emergency Protocol steps/interventions are implemented accordingly.
• Conducts regular audits of documentation and assessments by ORR Clinicians.
• Oversees all documentation involving therapeutic services, contacts with students, and other service providers.
• Participates in multi-Disciplinary Team Meetings to implement behavior plans, discuss service goals, and address student needs.
• Implements and manages the standards of care according to ORR Program guidelines.
• Ensures compliance with records, documentation, and quality of care.

Schedule

• Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday.
• Work schedule is based on program needs.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, marriage and family counseling, or other relevant behavioral health discipline with 2 years of post-graduate direct service delivery experience.
• Must be licensed with LCSW.
• Must have supervisory experience and be licensed to provide clinical services in the state where the care provider is located.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Must successfully pass criminal background clearance checks, drug screening, physical examination, and TB test.
