ORR Assistant Lead Case Manager Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage case work for youth in need.
• Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide support and guidance to youth and their families.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and policies.
• Participate in regular meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• Possess a BA/BS in related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• At least 3 years of progressive employment experience that demonstrates supervisory and case management experience.
• Prior case management experience preferred, at least 1 year in child welfare required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Possess a current State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years.
• Ability to successfully pass criminal background clearance checks, drug screening, physical examination, and TB test.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

The work schedule is based on program needs and can be either Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday.
