Orientation Trainer

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Work closely with the Training Team to transition New Hires to the next phase of onboarding
• Maintain excellent relationship with production supervisors, trainers, managers, and HR
• Able to understand and effectively communicate mission, vision, values, and Creekstone Proud culture
• Facilitate and lead large group discussions in positive and engaging ways
• Facilitate new hire department tours
• Set up orientation classes, e.g., New Hire packets, presentations, etc.
• Able to manage time and information in a high paced environment and with appropriate discretion
• Maintain a positive, flexible, and adaptable working style
• Able to be assertive, sensitive, and tactful in working with a diverse group of people
• Perform other tasks as assigned
