Responsibilities
- Facilitates orientation process for all new field and office employees.
- Completes onboarding process including entering personnel information into internal systems, scanning and filing required documents, and maintaining organized employee records.
- Acts as the primary point of contact for orientation-related inquiries, responding to questions via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and excellent customer service.
- Helps with Employee Records, as needed.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED
- One year administrative/office or other related experience preferred
- Proficient in multi-tasking, organization, and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
