Organizational Strategy and Operational Design Lead

Travel required up to 25%. Ability to obtain Top Secret (TS) clearance.

What You Will Do

• Conduct enterprise-level analysis of operational systems, including supply chains and logistics, to provide understanding of existing operational reality.
• Develop and provide comprehensive productivity-enhancing solutions for enterprise operations based on enterprise-level analysis. Solutions may modify existing operational systems or be holistic redesigns. Recommendations may include, but are not limited to, changes in:
  • Policy
  • Metrics
  • Operational Control Analysis (AI, ML, and similar integration)
  • Data Management
  • Process Steps & Procedures
  • Supporting IT systems
• Provide and oversee change management plans.
• Develop operational strategies.
• Conduct doctoral-level operational research and publication.
• Collaboratively support Business Development (BD) artifacts including, but not limited to:
  • Proposals
  • Request For Information (RFI) responses
  • BD briefings
  • White papers
  • BD Strategies
  • Marketing materials
• Support BD activities including, but not limited to:
  • Briefings
  • Conferences & forums
  • Doctoral-level papers

Requirements

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance. Once onboard, new hire MUST be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "TOP SECRET" security clearance.
• Master's Degree.
• This position requires travel up to an estimated 30%. Some international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in an applied discipline (preferred).
