Key Responsibilities
- Support development department with donor communications, records, acknowledgments, scheduling, research, events, and fundraising activities.
- Provide administrative and organizational support across all departments.
- Aid in scheduling, meetings, calendars, correspondence, documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Coordinate organizational projects, events, and day-to-day operations.
- Track deadlines, follow-ups, and project needs.
- Communicate professionally with staff, donors, community members, partners, and vendors.
- Take on special projects and other responsibilities that strengthen JCRB|AJC.
- Support in-person program needs, including event setup, materials, logistics, registration, and on-site coordination.

- Interest in nonprofit, community engagement, mission-driven, and/or Jewish communal work.
- Willingness to learn and pitch in wherever needed.
