Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the learning process, governance, and ecosystem for North America (US and Canada).
  • Analyzes training needs of the organization and formulates development solutions.
  • Supports and assists implementation of programs to develop and retain employees.
  • Supports engagement and culture initiatives as well as improvement of employee experience.
  • Supports and assists in the design and implementation of pipeline programs.
  • Develop training content and supervise their development by outside suppliers.
  • Manages training and development vendors, resources, systems, tools, and budget.
  • Facilitates internal workshops and leadership training.
  • Manages the Learning Management System - Success Factors for North America.
  • Updates and maintains training catalogs, curricula’s, content, and training plans.
  • Makes sure training and other OD programs are effective and reports on their effectiveness.
  • Customizes and implements learning and pipeline initiatives from the Global Center of Expertise.
  • Supports and develops Field HR in the strategy and execution of the processes mentioned above.

Qualifications And Educational Requirements(s)

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources or Organizational Development, preferably with experience and knowledge in learning and development.
  • Ability to design and develop training and development programs.
  • Demonstrated digital mindset, with the ability to effectively adopt and leverage digital tools, data, and technology‑enabled ways of working.
  • Knowledgeable of tools and trends in learning and development.
  • Training facilitation skills.
  • Computer skills including Office 365.
  • Knowledge and experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably Success Factors as well as authoring tools.
  • Creativity and openness to change.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to influence others.
  • Ability to be responsive and focus on assisting and supporting field HR and other internal customers.
