Organizational Development Partner
General Responsibilities
- Supports the identification and execution of critical workforce requirements (e.g., skills, competencies, and performance outcomes) necessary to achieve current and future business results.
- Maintains a system to regularly analyze current organizational processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Supports research and analysis of organizational processes in comparison to market benchmarks.
- Provides support for the design and implementation of strategies that align with business objectives.
- Maintains and executes performance appraisal systems to support organizational goals and philosophies.
- Supports the execution of the annual employee engagement surveys and intermittent pulse surveys to assess engagement and the support of culture.
- Provides and supports framework to equip Leaders to implement action planning based on engagement surveys aligned to workforce requirements and expectations.
- Supports and executes leadership assessment tools and development planning consistent with organizational culture and goals.
- Supports succession planning activities including talent assessment, review process, career pathing, identification of future talent, and cross functional growth opportunities.
- Supports the delivery of regular assessments of organizational effectiveness, performance, development and engagement.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (HR or Organizational Management, Communication, Organizational Psychology or Sociology, or similar.)
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in talent and organizational development.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a simplified manner.
- Ability to work independently & collaboratively.
- Familiar with a variety of OD practices and procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing and competing priorities.
- Strong research skills.
- Ability to build successful relationships and partnerships across the organization.
- Strong customer service skills and an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Proficiency with Project Management Tools (Asana is preferred).
