About the role

The Organizational Development (OD) consultant provides support to leaders to enhance leadership capabilities and improve team effectiveness. Reporting to the Director, People Solutions, this role assesses talent gaps, implements interventions, and measures their impact.

Responsibilities

  • Understand desired goals at both organizational and departmental levels
  • Assess talent needs and implement evidence-based interventions
  • Measure the impact of interventions to ensure sustained improvement
  • Partner with the Director, People Solutions to deliver on organizational development strategy areas

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR management, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in building, implementing, and/or measuring organizational development interventions

Preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in building, implementing, and/or measuring organizational development interventions
  • Master's degree in Organizational Development or related field
  • Enneagram certification
  • Prosci certification
  • HR Certification, Change Management, or Design Thinking certification
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in development coaching (at all employee levels)

Pay

$118,174.00 - $177,262.00 per year
