Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager (OCM) and HRIS Project Implementation Lead for a 12-month contract assignment to support our enterprise transition to the global Dayforce HCM platform.

  • Execute Comprehensive Data Validation Protocols
  • Establish and Execute Auditing Processes
  • Change Enablement
  • Support the Design and Execution of the OCM Framework
  • Communication Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and Support Project Communication Roadmap
  • Impact Analysis
  • Conduct Stakeholder Readiness Assessments
  • Training & Process Documentation
  • Build Training Playbooks
  • Create Comprehensive Training Playbooks
  • Document "As-Is" vs. "To-Be" HR Workflows
  • Facilitate Interactive Training Sessions
