Title: Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead Location:Charlotte, NC(Remote) Position Type: Contract Compensation Pay Range:$68.60-$98.00 Per HR Description Join our team as an Organizational Change Management Lead, where you'll guide training, communications, and change management for a large-scale software implementation. This remote contract position based in the Southeast region requires collaboration with project management, functional leads, and stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and user adoption of new technologies. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage an overall training strategy, including plans, schedules, and deployment approaches. Coordinate with trainers and experts to create training materials and exercises. Ensure consistency in training content and delivery across all workstreams. Create and execute project communications and stakeholder engagement plans. Assess organizational impacts and support change management activities for adoption. Qualifications Experience leading training and change management for software implementations. Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills. Experience In Manufacturing And Multi-site Deployments Preferred. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
