Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an overall training strategy, including plans, schedules, and deployment approaches.
• Cook up training materials and exercises in collaboration with trainers and experts.
• Ensure consistency in training content and delivery across all workstreams.
• Create and execute project communications and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Assess organizational impacts and support change management activities for adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience leading training and change management for software implementations.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Manufacturing and multi-site deployments preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
