About the role
Providing Organizational Change Management guidance and support for the Client SAP Integration through stakeholder management, change readiness assessment, and action planning for risk mitigation and appropriate level of business engagement.
Responsibilities
- Project leadership report-out of OCM/people-side status
- Organizational alignment: understanding of As-Is/Future State role requirements and resource allocation
- Identify Super User change network and onboard with appropriate level of soft-skill training
- Persona-based approach to understanding pain points and delighters aligned to training planning
- Change Impact Analysis: review changes via persona changes for business users; build change plan to integrate required knowledge into training and communication materials
- External Communications: templates and guidance for vendor/customer partners; track distribution and resources needed
- Internal Communications: determine appropriate communication channels and approach for all stakeholder levels; track engagement for risk mitigation; develop and maintain ad-hoc communications; create internal project communication channel for open/anonymous feedback
- Training: identify material requirements and in-scope content; build action plan for completion and design of materials to support business leads; host train-the-trainer intro sessions to onboard Super Users; manage training logistics and tracking of knowledge retention support; end-user training
Pay
Salary range: $150,000 – $160,000 per year. This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon skills, experience, performance, and internal equity.
