Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead - AI Enablement

Location: Dublin, OH (Onsite) • Duration: 6 months

About the role

Lead change management activities for enterprise AI initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and business value realization. Partner with the AI Center of Excellence (COE), project teams, business leaders, and stakeholders to drive AI transformation. Promote AI awareness, enterprise AI literacy, and responsible AI adoption across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute OCM strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communication plans, and adoption roadmaps.
• Assess organizational readiness, identify change impacts, and implement mitigation plans to support affected teams.
• Create and deliver communication, training, and engagement materials to improve user readiness and adoption.
• Track adoption metrics, user feedback, and change effectiveness, continuously refining change strategies.
• Collaborate with executive sponsors and leadership teams to secure alignment and support for AI initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Change Management/Organizational Transformation roles.
• Strong experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), stakeholder management, communications, and large-scale transformation programs.
• Prosci Change Management Certification preferred.
• Experience with AI adoption, healthcare environments, and global enterprise transformations is highly desirable.
