About the role
Our Managers within Organization, Workforce and Change support clients in solving complex business and workforce challenges through structured analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and implementation support. In this role, you will help organizations translate strategy into actionable workforce and change solutions that improve performance and enable transformation.
Responsibilities
- Support clients through workforce and change initiatives that improve business performance, adoption, and long-term value.
- Advising clients on workforce and change priorities that support business transformation and operating model changes.
- Auditing stakeholder impacts, organizational readiness, and culture considerations; developing mitigation and adoption strategies.
- Designing and executing communication, learning, and user adoption plans, including training materials, job aids, and other enablement assets.
- Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, synthesizing findings, and developing presentations and recommendations for client and project leadership.
- Supporting project delivery through cross-functional collaboration, risk management, agile ways of working, and contributions to practice development, recruiting, and proposals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of experience in organizational design, workforce strategy, leadership strategy, or learning strategy in a consulting or industry role
- 6+ years of experience developing and executing communication plans
- 6+ years of experience developing presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel, including data visualization, storytelling, pivot tables, and complex formulas
- 4+ years of facilitation experience
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred
- Proven experience with prompting and/or building Custom GPTs in a workplace environment
- Active membership in at least 1 human capital professional organization, completion of at least 1 human capital course or certification, or attendance at a minimum of 1 industry conference or workshop within the past year
