Organization Assistant
About the role
Support the organization's administrative needs, manage files and records, assist with events, and provide general office support.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize files and records
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with HR tasks as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or office management role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
