What You’ll Get
- Define and execute the SEO strategy for Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain, covering on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Conduct regular site audits and work with product and tech teams to implement technical fixes and improvements.
- Lead keyword research and content gap analysis across all four markets, accounting for local search behaviour and language nuances.
- Own ASO strategy and execution for the company's app listings across the Apple App Store and Google Play in all four markets.
- Conduct keyword research, metadata optimization, and creative asset optimization (icons, screenshots, preview videos) for each market.
- Share organic performance data and insights with the UA Analyst for inclusion in cross-market benchmarking.
- Contribute to the Marketing Efficiency pod's best practices library with SEO/ASO playbooks scalable across markets.
- Afford adaptation keyword strategies and on-page content to reflect local search intent and cultural context in each of the four markets.
- Cook up with local teams and content resources to ensure market-appropriate copy and metadata.
The Magic You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in SEO, with at least 2 years covering ASO.
- Demonstrable experience managing organic growth across multiple markets simultaneously.
- Experience in the GCC or MENA region is strongly preferred; familiarity with Arabic-language search behavior is an advantage.
- Experience working within a performance marketing team or alongside paid acquisition functions is a plus.
- Proficiency with SEO tooling: Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or equivalent.
- Proficiency with ASO tooling: AppFollow, AppTweak, Sensor Tower, or equivalent.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize across four markets and deliver results without direct executional support in each country.
- Strong communication skills able to translate technical SEO/ASO recommendations into clear briefs for non-technical stakeholders.
