Organic Dairy Adjunct Farm Worker

Duties/Responsibilities

• Feeding calves and heifers
• Milking
• Working in our pastures
• Caring for the animals

Required Qualifications

• All employees must have reliable transportation to the farm during all weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous farm/grounds experience preferred.

Pay

This is an evergreen posting. While there may not be an immediate opening, we regularly hire for this position throughout the year. Applications are reviewed as opportunities become available.

The pay range for this position is $13 - $15 /hour.

About the Role

Comes work in the great outdoors at our integrated agro-ecosystem on our 100 cow Jersey dairy. We have flexible scheduling that works around class schedules with shifts from 4:30AM-8:30AM and 3:30PM-8PM. All experience levels are welcome to apply, but previous farm/grounds experience preferred. This is a year round job opportunity.
