Oregon | Mental Health Therapist | Telehealth

About the role

Affect is a mental health provider that offers remote care. We are expanding our services to include licensed mental health professionals to provide therapy via telehealth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
• Support Members with a wide range of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges
• Work with members with substance use disorders at times
• Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation in our electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Coordinate care as needed and contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary environment
• Participate in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations
• Adhere to HIPAA and all applicable state licensure regulations

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Oregon license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPC Associate (LPC Associates must reside in Oregon)
• Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings
• Strong communication and clinical skills with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with professionalism and integrity
• Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet

Benefits

• The salary range for this full-time position is $60,000 - $80,000 and will commensurate with experience and professional license
