Licensed Telehealth Therapist / Mental Health Counselor (Oregon)

About the role

We are seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMHC) to provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth. You will join a team dedicated to creating affirming, accessible mental health services for the neurodivergent community.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client care while we manage administrative tasks, insurance billing, and client acquisition
• Enjoy scheduling flexibility: Design your work schedule to accommodate personal needs and maintain optimal work-life balance
• Scale your practice quickly: Build your caseload with steady client referrals during your first few weeks, with most clinicians reaching their ideal caseload within 4-6 weeks
• No-show and late cancellation reimbursement: Receive 50% reimbursement for late cancellations and no-shows
• Grow professionally: Access regular peer consultation, specialized training, and monthly case conferences
• Work alongside clinicians who share your commitment to neurodiversity-affirming approaches
• Join a supportive clinical community: Engage in weekly drop-ins and a tight-knit community that prevents isolation

Qualifications

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT or ACT
• Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to client-centered care
• Telehealth experience preferred but not required

Pay

Competitive W2 rate paid per session. 50% reimbursement for late cancellations/no shows. Paid every 2 weeks for the sessions you provide, no waiting for payment or reimbursement.

Schedule

Full Time (Benefits-Eligible): Hours provided 25+ weekly to build a caseload of 25+ clients. Ideal for those seeking steady, predictable income that grows with their client base.

Part-Time Position: Hours provided 15+ weekly to build a caseload of 15+ clients. Ideal for practitioners with existing commitments who want to diversify their practice or add specialized neurodiversity experience to their clinical portfolio.
