Order Verification Specialist

Full-time, hourly paid, onsite role with a traditional weekday schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Primary coverage area is Parsippany to Ocean County.

About the role

The Order Verification Specialist is responsible for the timely completion of the order verification process—both virtual and in-person—for each replacement order in the assigned territory. The core function is to gather accurate job-site and product requirements and clearly communicate installation processes to set realistic expectations with homeowner customers. This position may also assist with installation recovery work as needed, with a continual goal of achieving 100 % “Very Satisfied” customers.

Requirements

• Good standing driver’s license
• Construction or handyman knowledge
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Prior window and door installation experience is a plus

Pay

Typical pay range is $31 – $37 per hour with overtime opportunity. Actual pay rate depends on experience and skill set.
