Order Puller, 2nd Shift
About the role
As an Order Puller, you are one of the most critical people in our operation. Each day you will fill orders by scanning items with a scanner gun, manually lifting cases or buckets onto pallets, and using a rider jack to deliver the pallets to the loading department. Your work ensures our shipping department runs smoothly, keeps drivers on schedule, and gets paint into stores that depend on us.
The job is physically demanding but not difficult to master. You must be able to lift between 40 and 75 lbs repeatedly throughout the day while working and lifting safely at all times. Reliability with attendance is required.
Responsibilities
- Fill orders electronically using a scanner gun
- Manually lift cases (40 lbs) or buckets (75 lbs) onto pallets
- Use a rider jack to deliver pallets to the loading department
- Work in a safe, timely, and accurate manner
- Maintain a clean facility
- Attend daily safety meetings and warm-up stretches at the start of each shift
- Wear proper safety equipment, including steel-toed shoes at all times
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Physically able to lift 40–75 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Reliable attendance
- No prior experience in paint or warehousing required—we provide full training

Pay
Hiring range: $19.50 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, geographic location, and skills.
Schedule
Full-time. Shift 2 (starts at 12PM or later).
