Order Puller, 1st Shift - Denver

About the role
To thrive as an Order Puller, you must be physically able to lift between 40 and 75 lbs repeatedly throughout the day. The job is not hard to master, but it is physically demanding, and you must work and lift safely at all times. This role is critical to our operation, ensuring our shipping department runs smoothly and drivers stay on schedule.
Each day, you will fill orders using a scanner gun, manually lift cases or buckets onto pallets, and use a rider jack to deliver pallets to the loading department. You’ll work in a clean, well-maintained facility, helping us maintain our high standards.
Responsibilities
- Fill orders electronically using a scanner gun
- Manually lift cases (40 lbs) and buckets (75 lbs) onto pallets
- Use a rider jack to transport pallets to the loading department
- Work safely, accurately, and efficiently to keep operations running smoothly
- Participate in daily safety meetings and pre-shift stretches
- Wear required safety equipment, including steel-toed shoes
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
- Physically able to lift 40–75 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- High school diploma or GED
- No prior experience in paint or warehousing required—we provide full training

- Starting pay: $21.50/hr, with increases to $22.00/hr at 6 months and $22.50/hr at 1 year
