Responsibilities
- Pull merchandise to fill orders per pick ticket
- Ensure that orders are accurate
- Select packaging and package order for delivery to customer
- Verify and correct any inventory discrepancies
- Stage items correctly for delivery
- Put inventory merchandise on shelves
- Maintain a clean work area
- Conduct inventory control, including inspecting order accuracy before accepting vendor deliveries, performing quality checks on inventory, conducting cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies to leadership
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent desired
- 1 year of experience picking and processing orders
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to stand and walk during shift
- Ability to exercise judgement and to work independently
- Must demonstrate consistency, accuracy, and follow-through
- Knowledge of diesel engine parts preferred
- Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software programs
- Ability to move, lift, and carry objects up to 50lbs
- Ability to continuously repeat motions
