Order Processing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Upload invoices into customer portals with precision and timeliness.
• Perform accurate data entry tasks, including recording sales orders and entering invoices.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including entering quotes into the system and sending them to customers.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to process credits, debits, and invoices.
• Handle shipping logistics for products, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintain organized records of transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Aid in resolving discrepancies related to orders or invoices when needed.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools to manage and track data efficiently.
• Support daily operations by completing various clerical tasks as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to ensure seamless order processing.
• Proficient in accounts payable and billing processes.
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Experience in invoice processing and order entry.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other office software.
• Able to provide administrative support and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Understanding of shipping procedures and logistics.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Requirements
