Responsibilities

• Analyzes orders, identifies incompatible option content, and makes recommendations to dealers/customers.
• Coordinates with product engineers and dealers to resolve incompatibilities.
• Provides technical guidance for changes during pilot inspections and feedback related to technical information.
• Helps implement and coordinate new programs.
• Manages projects for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Attendance is an essential function of the position.

Qualifications

• Preferred: BS degree in Engineering or Technical field.
• Preferred: Three to five years of truck or automotive experience with demonstrated understanding of mechanical devices and manufacturing processes.
• Preferred: Two years of PACCAR experience.
• Preferred: Demonstrated ability to understand complex tasks.
• Preferred: Familiarity with CICS system and proficiency with Windows systems.
• Strong knowledge of heavy-duty trucks is preferred.
