Order Picker I (2nd Shift)

$15.25/hour
Schedule
Monday through Friday - 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
Monday through Saturday - 2:30 PM to 12:00 AM
About the role
Picks and packs customer orders in a high-volume zone picking station; maintains established productivity and accuracy standards.
Essential Job Functions
- Uses a hand scanner to determine order requirements
- Pulls the correct product from the stock area and packs it into the appropriate boxes
- Maintains required daily productivity standards for lines picked per hour
- Ensures work meets quality standards
- Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies to accomplish job results without waste
- Resolves basic operating problems; reports other problems to the manager
- Maintains a current knowledge of operating procedures and company products
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment
Education & Experience
High School diploma or GED equivalent required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Competencies
- Good attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to use a hand-held RF scanner
- Related experience highly preferred

- Order Processor
- Fast paced, standing on concrete floors up to 8 hrs/day
- Exposure to loud noise
- Near vision required
- Medium-Heavy, lifting up to 30 lbs.
