Order Management & Fulfillment Specialist

Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Onsite)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the pick, pack, and ship process through to consumer delivery.
• Manage customs, import codes, and fulfillment exceptions.
• Ensure orders arrive as expected through close attention to detail and proactive issue resolution.
• Proactively flag risks, challenges, and potential solutions before they become customer-impacting issues.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Shopify Storefronts and logistics/fulfillment operations.
• Comfortable writing scripts and using AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• A self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills.
