Order Management Analyst

About the role

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. (SGA) is seeking an Order Management Analyst for a contract assignment with a premier SaaS client in Lehi, UT. This hybrid role involves supporting the pricing and revenue operations organization, partnering with sales, finance, and operations teams to drive retention and growth of B2B customer segments. The analyst will engage with sales on renewal and account growth opportunities, validate order documents, manage account program migrations and renewals, and respond to field inquiries regarding Adobe Volume Licensing programs. The position includes a 30‑day probationary period and requires the ability to jump from planning to execution with minimal manager intervention.

Responsibilities

• Engage with sales and vet renewal and account growth opportunities, ensuring compliance with governance.
• Analyze account footprint and support quoting and booking processes with a high level of accuracy.
• Validate order documents (contracts, purchase orders, approval docs, etc.) upon contract execution.
• Plan and execute on account program migrations and renewals.
• Support increased workload and additional hours when required (e.g., period closes, quarter‑end periods) and assist other support teams if necessary.
• Respond to email inquiries from the Field pertaining to all aspects of Adobe Volume Licensing programs within response time guidelines.
• Understand and adhere to related revenue compliance policies, procedures, and processes.

Requirements

• 3‑5+ years of full‑time relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills to coordinate renewal activities.
• Demonstrated experience working closely with sales on renewal planning and quoting.
• Agility to adapt quickly to new assignments with little notice.
• Working knowledge of standard software applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Acrobat).
• Nice‑to‑have: experience with CRM, SAP, or reporting platforms.
