Order Management Analyst

About the role

The Provisioning Analyst will process customer orders, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of services in a hybrid role based in Lehi, UT (3 days onsite). This is a 4-month contract with possible extension, offering a pay rate of $25.00 - $28.59/hr on W2. Work authorization requires USC or GC.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders in multiple systems for provisioning and tracking.
• Expedite and escalate orders or issues to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Track orders through the process flow to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.
• Interact with internal and external customers to facilitate faster service delivery.

Qualifications

Industry experience is preferred.
