This position can be remote or hybrid, based near our Indianapolis Office.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the open order book (backlog).
  • Support promise date accuracy by evaluating inventory availability and constraints and recommending achievable promise dates.
  • Own reporting and insights for fulfillment performance to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Support resolution of fulfillment issues, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Service team to ensure timely and accurate order status information and resolve complex issues.
  • Partner with Logistics and Warehouse teams to optimize coordination and prioritization of outbound shipments.
  • Work proactively with Material Management to understand and mitigate schedule constraints and ensure product availability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, in Operations or Business related major preferred.
  • Minimum three (3) years of related experience.
  • Experience navigating intercompany transfers and third-party sourcing preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset: Actively looks to improve delivery and order cycle time.

Pay

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $67,100-$90,200 plus additional incentives based on the level of the role.
