Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer orders through the order management system.
- Cook up with warehouse staff to pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to replenish stock as needed.
- Resolve any issues related to order discrepancies, shipping delays, or customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels for reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in order fulfillment or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and order management software.
- An associate's degree in business or logistics.
- Experience with inventory management systems.
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
- Familiarity with customer service best practices.
- SAP systems experience.
