Order Fulfillment Specialist

Position Summary: The Order Fulfillment Specialist ensures confirmed Sales Orders comply with policies and procedures while optimizing site allocation to ensure on-time shipping. This position requires extensive communication with multiple departments throughout the quote-to-cash cycle and demands strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills. Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities: Serve as primary contact for Sales and Distribution for process exceptions and correctionsReview daily distribution orders to ensure on-time delivery requirements are metAudit Sales Order for accuracy and completeness prior to releasing material for shipmentCoordinate with Production Planning and Distribution to ensure product availability and proper order flowResearch, troubleshoot, and resolve order-related exceptionsContinuously evaluate processes, procedures and policies to identify efficiency and improvement opportunitiesMaintain consistent documentation and transactional accuracyOther duties as assigned Knowledge/Skills/Requirements: Associates Degree in business-related or technical field required.
