Key Responsibilities
- Curate and pack jewelry orders with 100% accuracy.
- Create a premium unboxing experience using our signature packaging — ribbons, tissue, tags, and all.
- Ensure on-time, error-free shipping using platforms like ShipStation or Easyship.
- Cook with trusted carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL).
- Treat every order like a $10,000 ring (because it might be).
Requirements
- Experience in boutique-level e-commerce, luxury retail, or order fulfillment involving small, high-value items (jewelry, cosmetics, watches, etc).
- Excellent attention to detail — you triple-check your work before you say “done”.
- Polished presentation skills with an eye for symmetry, neatness, and luxury appeal.
- Familiarity with shipping/label software (a plus, not required).
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated — the kind of person others trust with delicate items.
