Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries and order placement
- Recommend products based on customer needs
- Accurately enter and process customer orders
- Maintain accurate and legible customer records
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer needs
- Stay informed on new products, vendor updates, and industry trends
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer support or customer service experience required
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software is required
- Ability to work 100% on-site is required
