Order Entry Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Order Entry Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Cypress, CA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented customer support professional with strong ERP experience and a background in order processing, customer service, inside sales support, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, process, and maintain customer orders accurately in the ERP system.
• Review order details, pricing, quantities, shipping information, and customer requirements for accuracy.
• Cook up with customers, sales, warehouse, shipping, and operations teams to support timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate order records, documentation, and related customer account information.
• Aid in resolving order discrepancies, delivery issues, backorders, and other customer service concerns.

Compensation And Benefits

Salary range: $45,000 to $50,000 per year.
Job type: Temp-to-hire.
Location: Cypress, CA.
