Order Entry Champion / Customer Service Rep

About the role

Provide service to customers and sales staff via phone, fax, and email in a fast-paced environment for one of the leading providers of building products in the country.

General Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls and making follow-up calls as needed
• Processing and tracking orders
• Communicating with customers and staff
• Managing spreadsheets and other documents in support of the above

Requirements

• Must be local to the Abington, PA area with reliable Transportation and Logistics
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills (we will train you on other software)
• Detail oriented
• Effective communicator
• Multitasker
• Able to work both alone and in a team environment
• Motivated/ Eager Work Ethic

Desirable Skills/Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Order entry experience

Pay

Salary: Commensurate with experience.
