About the role

We are looking for an Industrial Professional Order Entry to join our team. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, detail oriented, and willing to work as a team with the goal of providing the best experience possible to our B2B customers.

Responsibilities

• Interface with B2B customers along with in-house Sales department and Engineering department personnel throughout the company while processing new orders and returns.
• Learn and retain vast amounts of product information.
• Multitask under pressure.
• Show superior data entry and customer service skills.
• Show detail orientation and strong organizational and time management skills.
• Show excellent verbal, written, and typing skills.
• Be flexible to work overtime as needed.

Requirements

• 5 years Aptean Intuitive / SAP or equivalent experience is required.
• Must be able to learn and retain vast amounts of product information.
• The ability to multitask under pressure.
• Superior data entry and customer service skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills a must.
• Must be flexible to work overtime as needed.

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to communicate and interact with others in a respectful, professional, and positive manner.
• Eagerness to learn.
• Computer skills such as O365, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Must be capable of calculating normal accounting functions including taxes.
• Flexible to work in other departments as needed.
