Order & Billing Specialist- Part-Time

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a key point of contact for customer order inquiries, applying strong customer service and order management skills to resolve issues with professionalism and accuracy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, inventory, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Handle daily, weekly, and monthly order management tasks, as well as special service and billing projects.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer order inquiries, supporting product selection and resolving issues with professional, courteous service.
• Review and process new sales orders, change orders, quotes, and cancellations via phone, email, or internal ticket system.
• Answer questions regarding products, pricing, and proof of delivery.
• Collaborate with inventory, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
• Maintain accurate client information in Elan (ERP system) and manage escalated internal, client, and partner inquiries with supporting documentation within established service levels.
• Cultivate internal relationships with the sales organization and communicate pertinent customer concerns to sales personnel.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; high school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales support
• Experience using D365 CRM; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a positive, collaborative approach to working across teams
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple systems and client accounts simultaneously
• Self-motivated critical thinker who can work independently with minimal supervision, while also contributing to team initiatives
• Experience with reporting creation and analysis preferred
