Who We Are Looking For

Slate is seeking an energetic and organized Order and Delivery Operations Analyst to support our growing team. This role involves managing the vehicle order management and fulfillment process, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring timely and accurate vehicle allocations.

What You Get To Do

  • Collaborate with Sales, Sales Inventory and Operations Planning (SI&OP), and Manufacturing to allocate vehicles across Consumer and Fleet business units.
  • Work with Slate Delivery Partners to allocate vehicles to individual delivery hubs based on capacity and capability.
  • Place and monitor Transfer Orders (TOs) of accessories from our Warehouse (3PL) to individual delivery hubs based on accessorization and up-fitment needs.
  • Work with Slate Delivery Partners on placing TOs for service parts necessary to repair issues found with vehicles prior to customer delivery.
  • Maintain accessory inventory levels to align with sales forecasts and drive operational planning.
  • Develop, track, and report KPIs related to SI&OP, including Vehicle Dwell Time at Manufacturing Yard, Vehicle Dwell Time at Delivery Hubs, and Vehicle On-Time Delivery Rate.
  • Drive continuous improvement in allocation processes, Transfer Order processes, and overall operations.

What You Bring To The Team

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Finance, Data Analytics, or equivalent, preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Management, preferably in Order Management.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, able to present complex data clearly.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable in start-up environments and willing to roll up sleeves to contribute to growth.
  • Proactive, collaborative attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively with external partners and internal teams.

Physical Requirements

  • Able to travel (up to 10%)
  • Able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
  • Able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

Salary Range

The compensation for this position is the range Slate reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position, considering various factors like job-related knowledge, skillset, experience, certifications, work location, and other relevant business and organizational factors. Annual Base Pay Range: $85,431 to $128,146 USD.
