What You Will Be Doing
Join our team as an Order Administration Coordinator and play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our Golf Clubs Raw Materials Warehouse. In this role, you will:
- Create, allocate, and release component orders while ensuring order accuracy and completeness throughout the production process.
- Maintain department records and documentation.
- Collaborate with warehouse, inventory, and manufacturing teams to support efficient operations.
- Monitor aging orders, investigate and resolve order exceptions, and assist with inventory control activities, including cycle counting and reconciliation.
What You Bring
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum two (2) years of order processing, inventory control, or related experience.
- Experience working with inventory management and order processing systems; ERP system experience preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong data entry and typing skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to monitor and manage multiple orders while meeting daily deadlines.
- Experience researching, reconciling, and resolving order discrepancies and exceptions.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Ability to work primarily in an office environment with frequent walking between warehouse, inventory, and manufacturing areas.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Pay Range
$42,640.00 - $53,560.00
