Requirements

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral Surgeon
• DMD/DDS from an accredited U.S. dental school and Certificate in Oral Surgery
• Active California dental license (or ability to obtain)
• Integrity, communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Commitment to excellence in patient care and clinical outcomes
• Interest in long-term partnership and leadership within the practice

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive compensation with production-based incentives: $360,000 – $650,000 annually (12-month guarantee or 40% production — whichever is greater)
• Additional incentive amount: $150,000
