About the Opportunity

Citrus Oral & Facial Surgery is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join an established, high-volume private practice in Central Florida. The schedule is already full - you step into immediate surgical volume, not a year of building from zero, as we have three NPs seeing our consults and are currently booked out several months. For more than 40 years, our practice has delivered comprehensive oral and maxillofacial surgical care across Citrus and Marion Counties from our two locations in Crystal River and Ocala, FL. We bring a strong, growing referral base, modern surgical facilities, cone beam CT and digital imaging, and an experienced clinical team.

This is a genuine ownership opportunity, not a "track" in name only: partnership available within 24 months for the right surgeon. In saturated markets like Tampa or Orlando, new surgeons compete with dozens of others for volume and wait years for any path to ownership. Here, you earn more and own sooner. Lower competition, an already-full schedule, strong regional population growth, and a favorable cost of living mean more take-home and a faster route to partnership than you'll find in a major metro.

Case Mix

Our production is approximately 75% dentoalveolar, 25% implant and full-arch. The implant/full-arch share is expanding, which is where the earning upside concentrates.

Scope of Practice

• Full-scope OMS: dentoalveolar and impacted third molars
• Dental implants and full-arch
• Bone grafting and regenerative procedures
• Office-based general anesthesia
• Oral pathology and biopsy
• Facial trauma
• Corrective jaw surgery
• Additional procedures based on your training and interests

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD
• Completion of an accredited OMS residency
• Board certified or board eligible
• Eligible for Florida licensure

• Production-based earning potential above guarantee
