A successful candidate:
- Is a talented surgeon interested in full scope OMFS practice.
- Is one who is passionate about resident education.
- Possesses the drive to pursue specialty related scholarly activity.
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills, required to interact with various levels of resident learners, clinical leadership, and administration.
- Completed a CODA/CDAC accredited residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
