About the role
Supports the mission of providing high-quality oral and maxillofacial surgery services.
Responsibilities
- Handle patient inquiries via phone and email
- Process insurance claims and manage accounts receivable
- Coordinate patient appointments and surgeries
- Assist in surgical procedures under the supervision of an oral and maxillofacial surgeon
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing and record keeping
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Pass a background check
